Participants will be introduced to the STOIC Framework. By understanding the dynamics of manipulating a specific framework for behavior, participants will be able to adjust practice to meet the needs of their students. Specific strategies will include reflecting on the impact of structure on behavior, defining and teaching expectations in the classroom, and applying a positive ratio of interactions with students in the classroom.
