There has been a marked increase in the diagnoses of our students who have weaknesses in executive function skills. Common characteristics can include difficulty with task initiation, prioritization, completion, and the ability to think in an organized way to manage belongings, schedules, and assignments. In this fast-paced session, Kathy will demonstrate how to recognize and assess the impact on behavior and learning and, most importantly, provide you with a tool box filled with practical strategies to help your students with executive fiction difficulties.
